In 2010, a group of us got together. We had each been individual drivers and builders of the world’s top agencies, creating award-winning work for the world’s best brands. As industry leaders, we knew what worked in those agency models, because we’d built them, and we knew what didn’t work, because we’d lived them. We asked ourselves “What if”?

What if we took the best of our collective experience, absent the distractions that take away from quality award winning work that makes a real impact and delivers real results? What if we came together as a team and forged a new way? What if we did it ourselves?

On that day, Cibo was born.
